I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing one of our databases. When you click the link from off-campus, your browser will be prompted to bring up a login screen so you can authenticate as a CWI user. If you're not seeing this page, it is possible that your browser is blocking it. Look for an alert at the top of your screen or in the address bar to allow the page to appear. If that doesn't work, try switching browsers (Firefox and Chrome work best) and click the same link. That usually resolves the problem.
