There are a couple of ways to get the password: by talking to library staff or by asking our chatbot, Patronus! Whoever you contact, start by asking one of the 5 questions listed on the Asked a Librarian Badge Test.
Our staff are available to answer during library hours, which are typically here 8:30am-8:00pm Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm on Friday, and 10:00am-2:00pm on Saturday.
If we're closed, don't despair! Patronus is available anytime and can also give you the password if you ask him the right questions (the ones from the badge test).
If you can't get Patronus to talk, we're not available to respond to your questions after hours, sorry! We'll get back to you first thing on the next business day.
